Stanford Ladies played their male counterparts on the Stanford Rec in the annual fund-raising rugby match between the two sides on Saturday, 19th April. This year the men were dressed as babies, including nappies, dummies etc, with Judge Jackson refereeing and Father Dennis also in attendance. Afterwards there was a 2 nd XV match against Southend 5 th XV.

After the matches, a barbeque was on the go, a buffet was laid on for all the players and a disco was enjoyed by everyone in the evening, along with a sponsored waxing/hair removal involving various male players.

All proceeds are to go towards training jackets for the junior players.
